By accessing the site or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Who We Are

Offgrid is a digital platform offering original, hand-drawn vector illustrations created for personal and commercial use.

All products are digital files — no physical items are shipped or delivered.

Eligibility

By using our site or purchasing from Offgrid, you confirm that:

Licensing & Intellectual Property

All Offgrid illustrations, designs, and written content are protected by copyright law and remain the exclusive property of Offgrid (General Condition).

By purchasing or downloading any product, you agree to the terms of the Offgrid License, which defines how the illustrations may be used.

You may:

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or share the original files (AI, SVG, PNG, PDF, Figma, etc.).
Upload or sell Offgrid assets on stock platforms or marketplaces.
Include illustrations in digital products or templates where the primary value is the artwork itself.
Use Offgrid illustrations in AI datasets, machine learning, or NFT projects.
Claim authorship or ownership of any Offgrid asset.

All rights not expressly granted in the Offgrid License are reserved by Offgrid.

Digital Product Use

After purchase, you receive instant access to your digital files (AI and/or EPS formats).
All files are provided “as is” and are compatible with major design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Affinity, etc.).
You are responsible for ensuring your software and hardware can open and use these files.
Offgrid does not currently offer custom illustration or modification services.

Refunds & Returns

All Offgrid products are digital goods with immediate access after purchase.

Because access to illustrations is granted instantly and downloads cannot be reliably tracked on a per-user basis, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Refunds are not issued for downloaded, accessed, or time-based digital products.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Euros and US Dollars (€ and $).
Payments are securely processed through our designated payment gateway (NestPay, PayPal, or Stripe).
Prices may change or products may be discontinued without prior notice.
Promotional codes are valid for single use and cannot be combined.
All plan purchases (Standard, Premium, Lifetime) are non-refundable once files have been downloaded.

Plans and Access

Offgrid offers three access plans:

Access starts immediately after payment.

Downloads and the illustration library are available only while your plan is active. Once a plan expires or is cancelled, access to illustrations is locked. Any files downloaded during an active plan remain licensed for use.

Your Account

For security and refund verification, Offgrid records:
