What’s included in each plan?
Every plan gives you unlimited access to all Offgrid illustrations, collections, and future updates. The difference is in license type, user limit, and access to exclusive drops or early releases.
Do I need to renew my plan every year?
Can I use Offgrid illustrations for client projects?
Yes. All plans include a full commercial license. You can use the illustrations in personal or client work, but you can’t resell or redistribute them as standalone files.
What does “up to 3 or 5 users” mean?
That’s the number of people in your team who can use the downloaded files under one license. For example, Premium covers up to 3 team members; Lifetime covers up to 5.
What happens when my plan expires or if I cancel it?
Access to illustrations is locked immediately. If this happens due to an error, please contact us. If your plan has expired, you’ll need to purchase a new plan to regain access.
Do you offer refunds?
Because all Offgrid products are digital and instantly downloadable, we don’t offer refunds once files are downloaded. If you experience a technical issue, contact us — we’ll help resolve it quickly. Read more here.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from Standard to Premium, from Premium to Lifetime, or directly from Standard to Lifetime. When you upgrade, the unused value of your current plan is applied as a credit and deducted from the price of the new plan. Downgrades are not supported.
Is there a pay-as-you-go option?
Yes. Buy individual illustrations and packs or unlock everything with an all access plan.

When you purchase an illustration or pack from Offgrid, you’re buying a license to use the artwork — not ownership of it.
This license grants you broad usage rights while protecting the original intellectual property created by Offgrid. Read more here.
