Overview

Offgrid sells digital illustration products and access plans. Because digital content is delivered immediately after purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

Refunds may be considered in limited cases such as duplicate charges, incorrect files, or verified technical issues that prevent access to the purchased product.

No Refunds on Digital Products

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are generally not available for:

  • Individual illustrations
  • Packs or collections
  • Standard, Premium, and Lifetime plans
  • License upgrades
  • Renewals

Access-Based Products

Standard and Premium plans provide time-limited access to the Offgrid illustration library. Lifetime plans provide permanent access. Standard and Premium provide access to the Offgrid library while the membership is active. Lifetime provides ongoing access with no expiration. Because access is granted immediately after payment, these purchases are generally non-refundable once activated.

Technical or payment issues

If you experience a technical or payment issue, contact us at hey@offgrid.supply within 3 days of purchase. This includes:

  • Missing access after payment
  • Account or download errors
  • Duplicate charges
  • Incorrect files
  • Other verified checkout or system errors

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Where appropriate, payment-related issues or refunds may also be handled through Lemon Squeezy.

Important Notes

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Changing your mind after purchase
  • Purchasing the wrong plan or product
  • Incompatible software or hardware
  • Expired plans
  • Expecting a physical product
  • Products or plans where digital access has already been granted 6.

What You’re Buying

Each Offgrid product clearly lists:

  • Included file formats (AI and/or EPS)
  • Product description and preview images.
  • License type (Standard Commercial License).
  • What’s not included (e.g., mockups, fonts, or sample text).

We recommend reviewing each product listing carefully before checkout.

Before You Buy

Please make sure:

  • You review the product description and previews.
  • You understand the license terms.
  • You have compatible software for the provided file formats.

How to Report a Purchase Issue

  1. Contact us within 3 days of purchase.
  2. Include your Offgrid or Lemon Squeezy order number.
  3. Describe the issue clearly and include screenshots where useful.
