Overview
Offgrid offers digital illustration products and access plans designed for immediate use. All products are delivered digitally and access is granted instantly after payment.
Because of the nature of digital access, all sales are final.
No Refunds on Digital Products
All Offgrid products are digital goods. Once access is granted, purchases cannot be reversed.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Individual illustrations
- Packs or collections
- Access plans (Standard, Premium, or Lifetime)
- License upgrades
- Renewals or expired plans
Access-Based Products
Standard and Premium plans provide time-limited access to the Offgrid illustration library.
Lifetime plans provide permanent access.
Access starts immediately after payment. Once access is granted, it cannot be revoked or verified on a per-user download basis. For this reason, purchases are non-refundable.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue such as:
- Missing access after payment
- Account-related errors
- Duplicate charges
Please contact us at hey@offgrid.supply within 3 days of purchase with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue where possible.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only in exceptional cases involving verified payment or system errors.
Important Notes
Refunds are not issued for:
- Changing your mind after purchase
- Purchasing the wrong plan or product
- Incompatible software or hardware
- Expired plans
- Partial or unused access time
- Digital products with granted access
What You’re Buying
Each Offgrid product clearly lists:
- Included file formats (AI and/or EPS)
- Product description and preview images.
- License type (Standard Commercial License).
- What’s not included (e.g., mockups, fonts, or sample text).
We recommend reviewing each product listing carefully before checkout.
Before You Buy
Please make sure:
- You review the product description and previews.
- You understand the license terms.
- You have compatible software for the provided file formats.

Accidental Purchases or Download Issues
If you purchased the wrong plan or encountered a download problem:
- Contact us within 3 days.
- Include your order number and a short description of the issue.

- Expecting physical products.
- Attempting to refund after files have been downloaded.
