Overview
When you purchase an illustration or pack from Offgrid, you’re buying a license to use the artwork — not ownership of it.
This license grants you broad usage rights while protecting the original intellectual property created by Offgrid.
Who this licence is for
What you can do
Your license allows you to:
- Use the illustrations in unlimited personal or commercial projects.
- Use them across any medium — web, print, packaging, merchandise, video, or social media.
- Modify, recolor, crop, or adapt the illustrations as needed for your designs.
- Embed illustrations within client work, marketing materials, or brand assets.
- Include the illustrations in projects you sell to clients, as long as the editable source files are not shared.
You can use Offgrid illustrations freely for yourself or for client projects, without worrying about impression or project limits.
What you cannot do
You are not permitted to:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the original files outside the number of users covered by your licence.
- Upload or resell Offgrid illustrations on marketplaces or stock platforms.
- Include Offgrid illustrations in products or templates where the illustration itself is the main value.
- Use Offgrid assets in NFTs, AI training datasets, or machine learning systems.
- Claim copyright or authorship over any Offgrid illustration.
The number of people who can access and work with the source files depends on your plan:
- Standard: 1 user
- Premium: up to 3 team members
- Lifetime: up to 5 team members
Usage rights
- You can use Offgrid illustrations in unlimited end products and projects.
- There are no limits on impressions, reach, or distribution.
- You can use the files for personal work or client projects.
- Standard covers 1 user, Premium covers up to 3 team members, and Lifetime covers up to 5 team members.
- A user is anyone who can access, edit, or work directly with the downloaded source files.
- Clients do not need a separate licence when they receive final, flattened deliverables rather than editable source files.
License upgrades
You can upgrade your plan at any time. Supported upgrades:
- Standard → Premium
- Standard → Lifetime
- Premium → Lifetime
Downgrades are not supported.
If you want to upgrade, contact us and we’ll help you switch to the new plan.
Intellectual Property
All Offgrid illustrations, characters, and design assets are protected by copyright and international intellectual property laws.
Offgrid remains the owner of the original illustrations and underlying artwork.
Purchasing a license gives you usage rights, not ownership.
You may modify the artwork for your projects, but you may not:
- Register any Offgrid illustration or derivative as your own intellectual property.
- Use Offgrid designs in a way that implies endorsement or partnership by Offgrid.
Limited Warranty
Offgrid guarantees that:
- All illustrations are original works created by the Offgrid team.
- They do not knowingly infringe on any third-party rights.
- Files are tested and provided in professional formats (AI, EPS).
However:
- Files are provided “as is”, without any warranties, express or implied.
- Offgrid is not liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from the use or inability to use the files.
- Offgrid’s total liability will never exceed the price paid for the license.
By downloading or using Offgrid illustrations, you agree that you are responsible for ensuring lawful and appropriate use within your projects.
Refunds
Because Offgrid products are digital goods delivered immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not available once files have been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue, duplicate charge, or another problem with your purchase, contact us and we’ll review the case.

Attribution
Attribution is not required, but appreciated. If you wish to credit:

Termination
Offgrid reserves the right to revoke this license if:
- The files are resold, redistributed, or used in violation of these terms.
- Fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity is detected.
In such cases, Offgrid may terminate access without refund.
