What do I get with my plan?
Each plan gives you access to all current and future Offgrid illustrations, collections, and updates.
Files are available in AI and/or EPS formats, optimized for digital use.
Can I use the illustrations for commercial projects?
Yes. Every plan includes a flat-fee commercial license.
You can use the illustrations in personal or client projects, including branding, design work, web, social, packaging, and presentations.
Not allowed: resale, redistribution, uploading to stock sites, or using illustrations in AI datasets or NFTs.
Can I customize the illustrations?
Yes. All illustrations are delivered as editable vector files.
You can modify colors, shapes, or details in software such as Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer, or Figma.
Offgrid doesn’t offer customization services, but you’re free to make any edits within the license terms.
Are these illustrations AI-generated?
No. Every Offgrid illustration is hand-drawn by real artists, not generated by AI. Each one has its own personality and backstory.
Do you offer refunds?
Because all products are digital and instantly downloadable, sales are final once any file has been downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue or receive the wrong files, contact us within 3 days at hey@offgrid.supply, and we’ll help resolve it.
What’s included in each file?
Every illustration includes:
- Formats: AI and/or EPS or other formats stated under each illustratiion
- Dimensions: 1080×1350px or 1350x1080px
- Editable vector layers (AI or/and EPS)
What software do I need?
To edit vectors: Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer, or any app that supports AI/EPS formats.
How can I use the illustrations?
Use them anywhere your visuals need a boost:

Can I use Offgrid illustrations for print or merchandise?
Yes, for small-scale or client projects (like posters, packaging, or editorial prints). You may not resell or redistribute the illustrations as standalone products or digital assets.
Do I need an account to make a purchase?
Yes. An Offgrid account is required for all plans.
Your account gives you access to downloads, updates, and license management for your active plan.
How do I subscribe or purchase a plan?
- Choose your preferred plan: Standard, Premium, or Lifetime.
- Click Standard, Premium, or Lifetime and Unlock the full access.
- Create an account during checkout or before you checkout.
- Complete payment securely.
- Access all illustration packs and future updates instantly here.
Are physical products included?
No. Offgrid is digital-only — no shipping, no packaging, no waiting.
You get immediate access to downloadable files after your plan is activated.
Are mockups or photos included?
No. Mockups and photos shown in previews are for display only. You receive clean vector illustrations with transparent backgrounds.
Is there a usage limit?
No. You can use Offgrid illustrations in unlimited projects while following the License rules.
What’s restricted is redistribution, resale, or sharing editable source files outside your licensed team.
Can I share my plan with others?
- Premium: up to 3 users
- Lifetime: up to 5 users
Every user must belong to the same team or organization. Sharing access outside your team isn’t allowed.
Pricing questions
What’s included in each plan?
Every plan gives you unlimited access to all Offgrid illustrations, collections, and future updates. The difference is in license type, user limit, and access to exclusive drops or early releases.
Do I need to renew my plan every year?
Only if you choose a yearly plan (Standard or Premium). The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment — no renewals, no expiration.
Can I use Offgrid illustrations for client projects?
Yes. All plans include a full commercial license. You can use the illustrations in personal or client work, but you can’t resell or redistribute them as standalone files.
What does “up to 3 or 5 users” mean?
That’s the number of people in your team who can use the downloaded files under one license. For example, Premium covers up to 3 team members; Lifetime covers up to 5.
What happens if I cancel my licence?
You’ll keep access until the end of your billing period. After that, you lose access to future updates and new releases, but you can still use anything you’ve already downloaded.
Do you offer refunds?
Because all Offgrid products are digital and instantly downloadable, we don’t offer refunds once files are downloaded. If you experience a technical issue, contact us — we’ll help resolve it quickly.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Standard to Premium or Lifetime anytime. Your remaining subscription value will be automatically discounted from the upgrade price.
Is there a pay-as-you-go option?
