Who we are
Offgrid Supply is owned and operated by General Condition Studio (General Condition PR), Belgrade, Republic of Serbia. We are the data controller for personal data processed through our website and store. Contact: hey@offgrid.supply.
What personal data we collect
Account and contact details
- Name and email address.
- Account profile information you choose to provide.
- Order and membership information associated with your Offgrid account.
Order and payment details
- Products purchased, license type, price, currency, invoice data.
- Payment status metadata (transaction ID, success/failed).
- Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, applicable sales tax and VAT, refunds, chargebacks, and payment receipts. Offgrid does not receive or store your full payment card details.
Purchases are completed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record for Offgrid transactions. When you make a purchase, Lemon Squeezy collects and processes information needed to complete the transaction, including your contact, billing, payment, tax, and transaction information.
Offgrid receives limited customer and order information from Lemon Squeezy, such as your name, email address, purchased product, transaction status, and subscription information, so we can create or update your Offgrid account and provide access to your purchase.
Download and access data
When you purchase a digital product or access plan, we may record information related to your order and access permissions, such as your account, order, purchased product, and the date access was granted.
Some downloadable files are delivered through third-party services such as Dropbox. Offgrid does not track how many times a file is downloaded from those external services.
Third-party services may process technical data according to their own privacy policies.
Device and usage data
- IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, timestamps, referrers.
- Collected via necessary cookies and security logs.
- Analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent.
Sensitive data
How we use your information
- Provide your Offgrid account, downloads, membership access, license management, and customer support.
- Manage access to purchased digital products and help prevent fraud.
- Provide support and service messages.
- Improve the site and product experience (analytics with consent).
- Comply with tax, accounting, and other legal duties.
- Send marketing emails only if you opt in.
Legal bases (EEA/UK)
- Contract performance: orders, downloads, account access.
- Legal obligation: invoices, tax records, consumer rights.
- Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, account protection, and basic service analytics.

When we share data with service providers
We share data with service providers who help us run the store. They act under contract and process data only to provide their services to us. Typical providers include:
- Payment and billing: Lemon Squeezy acts as our Merchant of Record and processes customer, order, payment, billing, tax, refund, and subscription information required to complete and manage purchases. 3.
- E-commerce platform and plugins: WooCommerce and essential extensions.
- Hosting/CDN and security: hosting provider, CDN, firewall/anti-bot tools.
- Email delivery: transactional email provider; marketing email tool if you subscribe.
- Analytics: only if you consent to analytics cookies.
- File delivery and storage: Dropbox, where applicable.
Digital access and fraud prevention
Offgrid records information needed to manage access to purchased products and plans, including order and account information and access permissions.
Some files are delivered through external services such as Dropbox. Offgrid does not maintain a complete log of downloads performed through those external services.
We may use standard account, order, security, and server information to prevent abuse, protect accounts, and investigate technical or payment issues.
Cookies and categories
We use cookies and similar technologies. Necessary cookies run to make the site work. Analytics and marketing cookies run only with your consent. You can change your choices anytime via Cookie Settings.
- Strictly necessary: security, checkout, session, consent storage.
- Analytics (consent): page views, events, performance.
- Marketing (consent): ad measurement, remarketing.
Retention
- Offgrid order and accounting records: as required by applicable law. Lemon Squeezy retains payment and tax records according to its own legal and regulatory obligations.
- Server/security logs: up to 12 months.
- Support emails/tickets: up to 24 months.
- Marketing data: while subscribed + up to 24 months.
We delete or anonymize after these periods unless law requires longer.
International transfers
If data is transferred outside your country, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses) with our processors.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or request portability of your personal data. You can withdraw consent at any time, including cookie consent, via Cookie Settings or by emailing hey@offgrid.supply. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Children’s data
Our services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures, including HTTPS/TLS, access controls, least-privilege for admin accounts, regular updates, and monitored hosting.
